ICCO presents a symposium: Courageous Leadership: Intelligence for the Future of Financial Services  - Coming spring 2010!  

This ICCO Symposium focuses specifically on the unique challenges leaders in the financial services industry are currently facing. With an eye toward responding to increased regulatory pressures, reduced workforces, and a realignment of talent while achieving operating performance, this symposia provides a unique forum for dialogue directed at these unique challenges.  

During the two-day ICCO Symposium, the multi-stakeholder group will focus on specific challenges in the financial services industry, such as; how to lead in these changing times; the impact of economic cycles on performance, how to balance innovation and regulation and how to achieve optimal operating results from a leaner team.  Click here to read on....

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Symposia

If cancellation notice is received within 30 days or more before the start date, a 15% administrative fee will be held back from registration fee and the balance refunded.

If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the start date, fees will not be refunded. Substitutions may be permitted at our discretion.

In this tough economy, organizations are making greater use of group and team coaching in an effort to continue investing in their leaders. Please join us for this timely teleforum that will explore these kinds of interventions in organizations.  This session will help participants to learn more about the similarities and difference between group and team coaching.  For those of you who enjoy the energy and challenge of working with multiple clients in groups, this is a perfect opportunity for you to integrate group coaching into your menu of offerings.

Our guest will be group coaching guru Ginger Cockerham, MCC and former ICF Vice President. In addition to maintaining a healthy and growing practice, Ginger has written and speaks extensively on this topic.  In addition she teaches a group coaching course to Master's and Ph.D. students at Columbia University. Eariler this year Ginger co-authored an article in Choice Magazine entitled "Expansion: Scaling the benefits of coaching for groups and teams."

Participants in the session will receive a copy of that article prior to the call.
