Who is the ICCO?The ICCO is a uniquely broad community of coaches, their organizational clients, academic institutions, associations, and users of coaching services. Our distinct multiple stakeholder composition and our client-centric emphasis provide an approach to advancing the profession of coaching that actively involves all the critical players, especially the coaching client.

What does the ICCO do? We leverage our uniqueness as the only association where all audiences touched by organizational coaching come together for the advancement of the field.

You will learn with a broadly diverse convocation of people. We shape, advance, and promote organizational coaching by providing a forum where our members engage in global knowledge-sharing, dialogue, and networking.

You will expand your perspective. We survey and recruit thought leaders in each of our stakeholder groups. We co-sponsor research projects (The Stewardship Forum) and an international think tank (Executive Coaching Summit).

You will have access to the latest research. We create products, events (e.g., The Biological Basis of Coaching) and books (Themes and Variations for Postmodern Leaders and Their Coaches) that embody our purpose and serve our stakeholders.

You will be invited to leading-edge learning events where you will be able to build an incredible network. We envision a “United Nations of Coaching” a body of divergent opinions and perspectives, alert to the ideas of others, collaborative, inclusive, respectful of differences and transparently apolitical.

Join us! You will help shape the profession.
